Initiate Your Return
Log into your ARTDECO account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
